Job Title: RF Test Technician

Overview: Seeking an experienced RF Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of electronic systems, working with RF equipment from DC to 40GHz. The role involves hands-on assembly and repair, as well as analyzing RF performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Test and troubleshoot RF components and systems using tools like spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and voltmeters.

Follow technical instructions and interpret schematics to evaluate performance.

Identify and repair faults using standard techniques and hand tools, including soldering.

Maintain testing logs and documentation.

Ensure compliance with ESD and ISO safety standards.

Work on high-performance products such as synthesizers and satellite communication systems.

Requirements:

High school diploma (technical degree preferred).

5+ years of experience in electronic/mechanical assembly.

Proficient in reading schematics and diagrams.

Skilled in RF testing and using diagnostic tools.

Familiar with Excel and basic computer software.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Works well in a small, fast-paced team environment.

Experience with cavity filters, frequency converters, and basic programming is a plus.

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing, walking, and hand use.

Some reaching and occasional climbing or crouching.

Fine motor skills required for detailed work.
