    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a RF Test Technician to perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of radio frequency (RF) components, circuits, and systems. The ideal candidate will have some experience in RF testing, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with test equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Conduct RF testing and troubleshooting on circuits, modules, and systems.

    Operate and calibrate RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.

    Perform functional, performance, and environmental testing of RF components and systems.

    Analyze test data and document results to ensure compliance with specifications.

    Assist in debugging and diagnosing failures, working closely with engineers to resolve issues.

    Maintain test setups and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.

    Follow test procedures and contribute to the development of new testing methodologies.

    Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

    Assist in developing and improving RF test processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    Education: Associate's degree or technical certification in electronics, RF engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

    Experience: 3+ years of experience in RF testing, troubleshooting, and validation.

    Familiarity with RF and microwave principles, including impedance matching, signal integrity, and noise reduction.

    Hands-on experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, and oscilloscopes.

    Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in RF circuit analysis.

    Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.

    Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in aerospace, defense, telecommunications, or similar industries.

    Knowledge of EMC/EMI compliance testing.

    Understanding of RF shielding, filtering, and interference mitigation techniques.
