RFA ENGINEERING (www.rfamec.com) is seeking a Project Engineer to be part of our engineering team at our client's facility in Hamel, MN.
DESCRIPTION
The Project Engineer is responsible for directing, coordinating, and executing engineering projects on railroad maintenance equipment while ensuring all end-user customer requirements are met or exceeded with a quality product delivered in a timely manner. Ensure proper engineering resources are assigned and the client's processes are followed to effectively support delivery of machines or other products to meet and exceed end-user requirements by means of effective and accurate project planning and leadership.

PROJECT ENGINEERING LEADERSHIP
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: BS degree in Engineering or Business
EXPERIENCE: 5 Years Project Leadership experience and working knowledge of general purpose engineering software or 8+ years Engineering experience, preferably involving systems design or integration.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: MS Project proficiency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in Business or Engineering, or other advanced technical degree
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Professional Engineer, Project Management Professional Certification
