TENTATIVE SCHEDULE WHICH INCLUDES A DINNER BREAK:
FULL-TIME POSITION:
Evenings and weekends only
Fridays and Saturdays: 12pm – 11pm
Sundays: 11am – 10pm
Mondays: 12pm – 11pm
PART-TIME POSITION:
Evenings and Weekends – To be determined
TRAINING SCHEDULE – Training lasts for up to 3 weeks then times will vary but will include daytime hours.
BASIC JOB FUNCTION:
- Verify accuracy of application information and contract
- Communicate via telephone with applicants to verify identity as well as obtain personal and financial data to complete application process
- Compile verified documents for funding
- Customer service to merchants/distributors to answer questions, receive missing information, communicate contract or application issues regarding the intake process
- Point person for merchant/distributor contact during evenings
- Various daily process business tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience preferred in a job-related field of any of the following: credit analyst, bank teller, payday loan services or rapid pace customer service phone line
- The ability to listen in order to determine appropriate action needed
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Reading comprehension and the ability to write effectively
- Able to work in a team setting
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
