We are seeking a hands-on RFID Technician to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced warehouse distribution environment. The primary focus will be troubleshooting and maintaining Zebra scanners, Zebra printers, and associated RFID hardware/software systems. This role will also provide general PC hardware and software support as needed.

Pay rate: $26.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with Zebra RFID scanners and printers.
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and calibrations on RFID devices.
• Provide first-level support for PC workstations, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth equipment functionality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and asset tracking.
• Assist in device installations, configurations, and testing of RFID solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Zebra RFID scanners/printers (preferred).
• Basic understanding of PC hardware, Windows OS, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on-site.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
