    REQUIREMENTS

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

      

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
    • Programming experience using C++, C#, .NET, or Java.
    • Ability to research and rapidly understand new and evolving technologies 
    • Ability to quickly troubleshoot, analyze and solve problems over e-mail, chat, and phone
    • Ability to track and document issues, along with following up with customers
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Experience configuring mobile devices such as Android, iOS, and Windows CE a plus.
    • Knowledge of network infrastructures and technologies a plus.
