Job Description
We are looking to add new experienced sales agents to our rapidly growing agency! We are located in Spring, TX and have multiple sales seats to fill!
We are currently working remotely, due to Covid-19, but look forward to being in the office by possibly October.
We have carrier options for both captive and independent markets, to end the thought of having nowhere to place business.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Establish and develop customer relationships, while creating a network of clients to follow up with for referral opportunities
- Selling Auto, Home, Renters, Life, Flood, Umbrella, Motorcycle, Toys and Commercial
- Provide inviting, prompt, accurate and excellent customer service
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification
- Learn all products, service options and systems for maximum efficiency
- Exceed individual goals and contribute to agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling and new initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
- Texas General Lines Property and Casualty insurance license
- Texas General Lines Life, Accident and Health (Must have or be willing to obtain)
- Pass background check
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office Suites, Internet Browsers)
- Confident self-starter who works well independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to multi-task
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
