JOB DESCRIPTION: One of our strategic goals is to put our customers first. This analyst will play a key role in the further understanding our customer's behavior driven from data analysis. In this role you work together with the Customer Experience teams in developing insights and intelligence regarding our customer's behavior like preferences, buying behavior, satisfaction, direction and journeys. You will be a part of the Digital Experience team that will drive the Lighting organization for more customer focused decision making.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develop detailed analysis and insights of Lighting customer buying behavior, acquisition, perception, retention and preferences.
• Leveraging advanced analytical analysis to provide data driven insights to help the business make better and fact-based decisions.
• Connect different data points coming from various data sources, research and business data into the big picture.
• Collect business requirements and asking probing questions in order to fully understand business needs and how they relate to key performance measurements.
• Translate customer data into actionable insight for the marketing teams.
• Help to formulate the right business questions, to be resolved through data analysis.
• Support in the development and roll-out of customer satisfaction surveys.
• Consult the organization with findings and continuous improvement actions.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge in the digital analytics industry.

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

• BA/BS degree in mathematics, information systems, statistics, marketing, business or related disciplines
• 2 4 years proven experience with Google Analytics, GA Data Studio, Adobe Analytics, and BrightEdge.
• Demonstrated advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI a plus.
• SEO strategy for web, mobile, and E-commerce.
• Experience with campaigns that include SEO, PPC, Display Ads, Paid Search.
• Experience analyzing and integrating data sets across web and E-commerce.
• Capable of delivering contextual, thoughtfully presented, visual output.
• Strong understanding of website tagging methodology as it relates to data quality assurance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong ability to listen and understand the question and develop and deliver clear insights.
• 2 years of experience and proven proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be a self-starter with energy enthusiasm towards a team environment.
