JOB LOCATION:   5800 BRISTOL PARKWAY # 700, CULVER CITY, CA 90230

POSITION TYPE: CONTRACT(  6 MONTHS) WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION

PAY RATE $50/HR ON W2 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:  • PROVEN WORK EXPERIENCE AS A CMS DEVELOPER. INCLUDE PLATFORMS AND YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.  • KNOWLEDGE OF FRONT-END AND BACK-END TECHNOLOGIES.  • EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF GIT, DATABASE, AND APIS.  • Bonus points for experience with AWS, eCommerce and responsive design.  • Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. • Good communication skills.  • Web portfolio of projects/clients to showcase qualifications. RESPONSIBILITIES: • We are looking to contract projects with a skilled Web Developer to update and implement functionality of the company website.  • You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development including the customization of CMS themes and plugins as well as site optimization, integration of e-comm/education portal and security updates while reporting to the company Web Manager.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  • Collaborating with Web Manager to discuss updating and adding website functionality.  • Building the website front-end and website re-architecture.  • Designing website back-end including database and server integration.  • Updating current theme, templates, and plugins.  • Perform website optimization and performance tests.  • Proper documentation of projects for training purposes.  • Support in troubleshooting existing and new issues.
