RGH & Associates is a leading manufacturers representative agency in the industrial safety channel. We are seeking to add a Sales Associate to our team to call on industrial users and established distributors for our downstate Illinois territory.

Central and Southern Illinois
Responsibilities
Work independently with the support of a mentor
Increase sales and market share of our Principal’s product lines through solution selling
Calling directly on end-users to have our products specified and approved
Perform PPE surveys of end-user facilities using our proprietary 3SP electronic survey tool
Implement sales strategies established by RGH and our Principals
Develop long term relationships with strategic customers
Provide weekly summaries of your activities and opportunity pipeline
Qualifications
2-5 years outside industrial sales experience, personal safety knowledge is a bonus
Must be self-motivated. You will be working remotely so time and territory management is a must
Proficient is Outlook, Word and Excel
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats including sales presentations
Compensation
$50,000 to $65,000 + Bonus
