  • Responsibilities

    RH2 is looking to add a HR Coordinator to our Human Resources team located in Bothell, WA. This position will be responsible for supporting the employee lifecycle, employee engagement programs, and culture initiatives. This role will impact and help improve our employees' overall experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Employee Experience Programs - Participate on RH2'S social committee and provide support for company events, support volunteer and community outreach programs, communicate events and information to employee population, and maintain company-branded giveaways.
    • RECRUITING – Promote recruiting activity on social media, attend career fairs, administer candidate intake, and coordinate interviews with hiring team.
    • ONBOARDING – Welcome new employees to ensure they are ready on day one, conduct check ins with newer employees to ensure they are supported and setup for success, and maintain new employee documents for compliance.
    • TECHNOLOGY – Setup and maintain confidential employee information in the HRIS, perform audits as needed, run scheduled and ad hoc reports, and attend training for system upgrades.
    • HR TEAM – As a member of the HR team, gain experience in the various areas to build and strengthen your HR knowledge.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors' degree with a Human Resources concentration or in related field

    • Basic knowledge of HR and employment related laws and practices

    • Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, professional environment

    • High aptitude for technology and quick learner on various systems

    • Ability to build positive relationships and promote collaboration

    • Active listener and maintains a curious and open mind set while constantly seeking solutions

    • Effective communicator verbally and in written form

    Individual compensation will vary within a range based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience as they relate to the requirements for this position. RH2 values our employees' work/life balance and compensates overtime for hours exceeding 40 regular hours in a work week. This position is also eligible for a discretionary performance bonus paid twice a year, dependent upon company and individual performance.
