Tupler Financial is a growing financial planning firm located in the Bridgewater, NJ area and we are seeking an Associate Financial Advisor to join our team. This position would be an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience as an advisor meeting with clients who would like to manage client relationships and advance in their career. You will be working with firm clients, working up to meeting with firm prospects and managing the client relationships throughout. This position will be permanently remote.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Conduct regular client review meetings
- Analyze client situations and propose possible solutions in the wealth management planning process
- Gather, organize, and synthesize client data within a financial planning context
- Create and present financial plans and financial plan updates to clients using MGP
- Respond to client requests via phone and email promptly
- Document client communication and ongoing tasks in our CRM
- Meeting with referrals/prospects as needed
- Technology Utilization – working in and maintaining firm-wide software (MoneyGuidePro, RightCapital, Holistiplan, Riskalyze (Nitrogen), Morningstar, and Commonwealth systems)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience as an advisor meeting with clients
- CFP preferred, or in the process of obtaining CFP. Series 7 & 65 or 63/66.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills and ability to follow detailed processes
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Cooperative team player
- Ability to travel to our office in Bridgewater, NJ 1-4 times per year for 1-2 days.
Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30 minute phone interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for the position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance, you will be invited for an interview with the advisors. Qualified candidates will be asked to take assessments.
