RIDD PEST CONTROL SALES PROGRAM 2021

Our sales representatives work seasonally during the summer months from beginning of May through end of August with options for extending into year round sales. A large percentage of our representatives earn enough in one summer to satisfy their yearly income. With options of management and company equity long term based upon sales production. Great for college students during time off school during the summer as well as full time working individuals.

COMPENSATION:

• Commission Based

• Our average first year representatives with no sales experience earn $18k-$24k in 3-4 months

• Experienced Sales reps will earn between $60K-$120K+

• No cap on earnings

SELECT CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years or older by May 1, 2021

• Must enjoy working and collaborating in a team environment

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required

• Can work hard and maintain a good attitude & strong mindset

• Willing to learn & grow and be challenged

• Are driven to succeed and hungry to reach personal & company goals

• Pass a drug test and criminal background check

NEXT STEPS:

• Complete 3 interviews: one phone interview, one in-person interview, and one phone interview with a regional manager.

• Upon completion of the interviews, select candidates will receive an official offer to work with RIDD Pest Control for summer 2021.
