Keeping up with the great success from our first tentpole campaign on — from the NY Times Square takeover to San Diego Comic-Con, and so much more — we are beefing up the team to accelerate our business growth even further through the exciting campaigns for our great tentpole titles that will joyfully generate the conversations more and more. We are in search of a seasoned title marketing manager who will willingly go off the beaten path and create fun campaigns that the world has not seen yet. The position is based in Seoul and will require frequent cross-border travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The core of your job is to make our Original titles to be enjoyed by more potential readers.
- Title campaign strategy — The job is to extract the key story hooks and narratives based on the deep understanding of the titles and our audience and to create campaign strategies (architecture, concepting, creative & channel planning, and more), so that our great Originals can be read by more audiences around the world.
- Project management — No great campaign can be done by one person as it is collaborative work. You will work as a title campaign captain/lead working with the creative marketing peers, media experts, agency partners, and others. You need to be on the top of everything to make sure your great vision on the campaign can be brought to life.
- Building up the love for our titles and webcomics at the grassroots — Webcomics is still a nascent entertainment category (but with the great potential to grow very fast). You will work to build the ecosystem and educate the US market so that our stories are conversed more frequently and passionately around world.
