    Position Overview

    Are you an experienced Customer Care Representative looking for an opportunity to showcase your talent in an environment that encourages creativity?

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Represent Riley Blake Designs in a warm, professional manner in all communications and establish a positive rapport with every customer
    • Greet customers warmly and promptly on the phone
    • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Assist customers with orders, billing issues, product questions, shipping needs, etc.
    • Stay updated on -- and demonstrate -- an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes
    • Support the sales team to meet and exceed customers' service expectations
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
    • Communicate clearly with teammates and management to ensure smooth handling/transition of more complex customer issues

    Qualifications

    • This is a work from home position. A dedicated office space and high-speed internet is required
    • Flexibility to work hours between 7am-5pm M-F depending on team needs
    • Prior phone customer support experience is necessary
    • Experience with quilting, sewing and pattern interpretation
    • Ability to remain professional and courteous to customers at all times
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Computer experience and aptitude
    • Familiar with CRM systems and practices (Netsuite experience is ideal)
    • Strong problem-solving/researching skills and the ability to think under pressure
    • Commitment to continuing education about the company and products
    • This is a fast paced position so the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is neccesary
