    Position Overview

    We’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analyst with strong analytical skills and a desire to drive process improvement and control costs.

    Our ideal candidate will report to the V.P. of Operations, supporting efforts in logistics, materials procurement, inventory maintenance, and costs analysis and management. We need someone who enjoys building strong relationships with key vendors so that products are sourced and delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and track timely delivery of Purchase Orders from suppliers
    • Ensure data in the ERP system (NetSuite) is accurate at all times
    • Review and assess current orders, make purchasing suggestions, and forecast future demand
    • Negotiate with global vendors for best combination of quality, pricing, delivery, payment, and service
    • Identify and research new suppliers and issue RFQs as needed
    • Work closely with Product Development team to ensure deadlines are met for new product launches
    • Communicate regularly with team to avoid unforeseen changes or surprises in orders
    • Occasional travel to China, Korea, or other countries as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management or related field
    • Possess a thorough understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts
    • Ability to work with a 3PL
    • Analytical/PC skills: Microsoft products, Smartsheets, ERP system (NetSuite experience preferred)
    • Proficient in e-sourcing using the latest tools and technologies
    • Proven ability to extract and analyze date from an ERP system (NetSuite preferred)
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate up, down, and across levels of the organization
    • Previous purchasing experience in fabrics, quilting and sewing notions preferred
    • Fluent Mandarin speaking and writing a plus
