The sports bar, located on our second floor | | offers a wide range of shared plates and specialty cocktails in a | | casually chic setting. Our third floor rooftop provides spectacular | | skyline views, cabana and lounge seating and a singular daytime pool | | scene. RIO is available for private events 7 days a week with customized | | food and beverage menus. | | | |   | | | | Responsibilities | | | | - Monitors the establishment (front-of-the-house) for cleanliness and | | newly vacant tables | | - Cleans and sanitizing tables and seats according to division | | standards | | - Transports bus pans to the dish room; breaks down the bus pan and | | sorts glasses and dishes | | - Changes soaking solutions in the silverware holding pans | | - Assists in preparing glasses, silverware for daily usage | | - Patrols assigned station, removes service items and condiments per | | establishment procedures | | - Properly cleans and fills table condiments  | | - Performs set-up and stocks the food and beverage area or other | | assigned areas as requires | | - Cleans, sweeps, and mops floors | | - Stocks the coolers and freezers with beer, beverages and other | | drinks as the need arises | | - Performs other duties as may be assigned | | | |   | | | | QUALIFICATIONS | | | | - Minimum 18 years of age | | - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) | | - Prior experience preferred | | - Must possess excellent customer service skills | | - Ability of communicate in English effectively | | - Previous cash handling experience preferred | | - Must be able to withstand prolonged standing, bending, walking, | | kneeling and lifting and/or moving objects up to 50 lbs. without | | restrictions | | - Work area is usually exposed to noise and dust | | | |   | | | | EOE | | | | The specific statements shown in each section of this description are | | not intended to be all-inclusive.  They represent typical elements and | | criteria considered necessary to perform the role successfully.  The | | company recognizes that an individual with a disability may require an | | accommodation to enable him/her to successfully perform a job function. | |  Consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
