House Supervisor

Position Summary

The House Supervisor ensures the safe, therapeutic, and smooth operation of residential units at RISE Campus. They oversee staff, support residents, and ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise residential staff and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.

• Maintain daily operations of the residential house, including safety, cleanliness, and order.

• Ensure residents adhere to program rules, curfews, and routines.

• Support staff in conflict resolution, crisis response, and daily group facilitation.

• Monitor medication logs, incident reports, and shift notes for accuracy.

• Provide coaching and evaluation of residential staff performance.

• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to address resident needs.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, or related field preferred.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or youth program setting, with 1 year in a supervisory role.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
