    Job Description

    RISE Housing and Support Services has an opportunity for an experienced, empathetic, and organized individual to join our outreach team. A successful candidate will be able to work effectively as part of a small team meeting and supporting homeless community members as they navigate the court system and connect with local resources.

    RISE offers a Community Outreach Court Coordinator:

    • A rate of $19 per hour
    • $1000 bonus after 6 months of employment
    • Day one vacation and holiday accruals at a rate of 10 days per year, plus 7 paid holidays, and additional time off including sick, personal, and more

    To qualify you must have:

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in a human services field or a CASAC
    • Two years of experience providing direct support to individuals experiencing homelessness and/or mental health or substance use diagnoses
      • Other combinations of experience and education will be considered
    • An ability to operate independently, think on your feet, and follow your training
    • A willingness to meet people where they are at in the community
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong interpersonal boundaries
