    Job Overview

    On-Site Customer Service Representatives are responsible for assisting walk in clients that have an immobilized vehicle. You will be guiding customers with proper case information, case resolution and maintain a high level of professionalism. You will also update real-time customer information on all applications. Coordinate, follow up and track customer issues to provide solutions with all appropriate staff to ensure timely resolution. You will be required to communicate with your direct leadership and possess a high level of computer skill knowledge. You will be required to maintain a professional appearance by wearing business casual attire, closed-toed shoes, provided uniform shirt, and a name tag.

    Key Responsibilities and Skills

    • Manage large lines within the Department of Finance and offer Case review assistance.

    • Interacting with customers and handling customers' inquiry and complaints in a timely manner

    • Update and Document Case information as needed.

    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

    • Keep records of all conversations private and do not disclose sensitive information to anyone outside of RISETEK Global.

    • Any additional tasks assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Computer literacy

    • Ability to multi-task and set priorities.

    • 1-2 years of customer support experience preferred.

    • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.

    • Ability to adhere to your schedule.
