Risk Free Serv is looking for a person with strong communication skills, an outgoing personality, friendly, and great at building relationships. The right candidate should be able to professionally carry themselves when representing the company to other companies and individuals.

We are a small family-owned business that's located in the heart of San Diego. We have been in business for the past 6 years and we are looking to grow with the right candidate. Our services include water, mold, smoke, and fire damage restoration services, and emergency services which include COVID-19 disinfecting, sewage backup, crawlspace cleanups, and more!

Preferred Skills, Experience & Requirements:

• This is a perfect position for those looking for a career path rather than a temporary job.

• In this position, you will be building relationships with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents, and contractors so they can refer us to jobs when they come across them.

• This is a base + commission-based job, being self-motivated to make contacts and develop working relationships is a must to be successful.

• Relationship-building skills will set you up for success.

• A positive attitude will assist you in developing this market.

• Experience is not a necessity but won't hurt either. We will give you training and guidance on how to approach the right individuals to help you develop your market.

• Finally, you must have a valid driver's license, dependable transportation, and punctuality.

• This is a full-time position.

• Having good connections with plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, insurance agents or handymen will give you a great start to your career. However, it's not necessary.

Wage Range:

Base Compensation: $45,000 per year Plus Uncapped Commission. ($75,000+ first year)

Having great people skills or the willingness to develop your skills in this area is needed for the success of this position.
