    RMC is seeking 2 Risk Management Framework (RMF) Operational Technology (OT) Cybersecurity Specialists in the Northern Virginia area.

    RMC offers:

    • Travel: CONUS & OCONUS, approximately 25%
    • Telecommuting is authorized for this position upon supervisor approval.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist a large multi-million-dollar OT Cybersecurity project to deliver RMF OT services to an international client
    • Work in a small team to deliver OT cybersecurity
    • Serve as the RMC primary point of contact with United States Marine Corps (USMC) on all project matters

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Active DoD SECRET Clearance 
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in information security or directly related field
    • 2 years RMF experience
    • Ability to implement RMF cybersecurity controls onto OT computer systems
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
    • Certifications in one of more of the following: CISSP, CISM, CAP
    • Proven ability to manage and facilitate annual operating budget and strategic planning
    • Demonstrated ability to conduct the day-to-day tasks in a small team
    • Proven ability to produce quality work in the development of solutions
    • Experience with USMC RMF process
    • Experience with control systems cybersecurity
    • Demonstrated ability to connect and influence others to achieve organizational priorities
    • Demonstrated exceptional critical thinking and process management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent presentation and group dynamics skills
    • Strong familiarity with information security, risk management, and IT governance standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53, NIST 800-37, ISO 27000, ISO 31000)
    • Strong familiarity with OT security, risk management, and OT governance standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-82, ISO 62243)
    • Experience in formal risk assessment and risk management practices
    • Experience with vulnerability analysis processes and best practices
    • Background in cybersecurity, control systems, and DoD
    • Experience in risk management, issue identification and resolution/problem-solving
    • Strong customer service experience dealing with diverse customer set
    • Strong ability to successfully navigate dynamics (e.g., politics, culture) of federal government-related work
    • Ability to effectively troubleshoot/pivot under potentially challenging circumstances as needed, solution oriented

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Knowledge of system architectures and networks
    • Experience working with DoD programs a significant plus
    • Experience with USMC systems and RMF process
    • Experience with industrial control systems

    DESIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Active ISC2 CISSP  ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

    Compliance with a drug-free work environment, U. S. Citizen, possess valid State driver’s license, a current US passport with 8 months remaining until the expiration date.
