We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Entry Level Position.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Filing
- Order lunches for office
- Order all office supplies
- Open mail daily
- Perform office tasks as needed
- Coding Credit Card Receipts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Self Starter and being able to work independently
