    Job Description

    As Senior Communication Marketing Specialist, you will deliver high-value, timely, factual, and effective communications and marketing services that deliver on our strategic priorities and enhance and position our brand and reputation. These include safety, culture, production, diversity and inclusion, social value, and brand.

    DESCRIPTION:

    • Set strategic themes for relevant portfolio plans and deliver content in line with broader business objectives.
    • Lead the delivery of specific elements of whole-of-business communication strategy.
    • Engage with leadership to provide regular briefings, support, and guidance on specialist communication issues.
    • Develop and implement effective measurement of communication deliverables against business outcomes
    • Draft, edit, coordinate and deliver various communication materials and publications, including social media content, news stories, case studies, posters, award entries, newsletters, and other communication collateral.
    • Engage key internal and external stakeholders proactively and respond in a timely manner.
    • Create compelling communication plans and materials that help global teams connect with the business, aligned to broader business objectives.
    • Coordinate market and client research to inform our marketing strategies and improve the performance of our marketing tactics.
    • Lead smart media and marketing communications planning and execution.
    • Understand and identify opportunities for participation in industry forums.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, journalism, public relations, or other related fields.
    • 8+ years experience in communication, including 4 years in complex B2B marketing.
    • Experience in managing multiple projects at once and delivering to program deadlines.
    • Experience in corporate communication principles and practices, including excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish and English.
    • Strong digital skills across social media and CMS/website development, including the ability to learn and leverage tools and technologies for maximum communication impact.
    • Ability to work flexibly to support global time zones as needed.
