JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate product knowledge
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their budget and needs
• Build and maintain relationships with the customers
• Contact and assist customers through phone and email
• Assist in preparation and processing of paperwork
• Educate customers on financing options
• Ability to work full time + (weekends required)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Skilled in customer service
• Ability to learn quickly
• High work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain a Virginia State sales license
• Ability to be covered by company insurance
