The IT Support Analyst Intern provides day to day IT support to deliver consistently high levels of technical service in our Denver Corporate office.

    With us you will be able to:

    • Provide front-line technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals.
    • Apply updates to systems.
    • Create and maintain procedural documentation.
    • Responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA.
    • Must have excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate IT staff members.
    • Support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices and videoconferencing equipment.
    • This position may require independent work, sharing information and assisting others with work.

    • RESOURCEFUL. You are able to research issues using in person and online resources.
    • TECHNICAL. You have a good understanding of the latest versions of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 in the context of desktop and mobile support.
    • RESULTS-ORIENTED. You make things happen and have a proven track record of driving change. You understand the value of setting a deadline and sticking to it.
    • PASSIONATE. You deliver exceptional customer support and you thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
    • AN EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATOR. You have excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to: listen to and empathize with others, convey confidence, provide exemplary levels of service, resolve conflict effectively, and collaborate with and facilitate small groups.  When a problem cannot be resolved without input from a customer or your supervisor, you bring a potential solution or new avenue to explore to that conversation.
    • EXPERIENCED.  You have one to three years of hands on experience working in an end user desktop support role or similar experience.
    • EDUCATED: You are currently working towards a technical certification or technology related degree.
    • NICE. We only hire extremely nice people.

    Additional Information

    This job is located in Downtown Denver and cannot be worked remotely.
