                                      THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Shall provide the following:

• Applications and software systems based on social media style collaboration and data sharing methodologies (i.e., Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn). The applications and software systems shall be built for openness and data sharing and provide three (3) primary components; Categories, Talent, and Relationship Management or as determined by the Government.
• Applications and software systems to display the current status of metrics and key performance indicators from multiple systems/servers, applications and software systems into a user definable executive dashboard and applications and software systems and systems dashboard(s).
• Engineering, applications and software systems capable of ingesting, visualizing and playing multi-media. The architecture shall produce, report, forecast and analyze publicly available information. The framework and architecture shall provide a professional brand for each Government organization. The framework and architecture shall integrate several ISR PED, Mission Command and Staff disciplines to also include PAO, Information Operations, Intelligence and Targeting as well as PAI data sets.
• An enterprise communications and media cell and professional support that improve SOC perception, recognition, professional appearance, advertising, increase financial value and motivate and inspire personnel. The cell shall provide multi-media products, news feeds and alerting as determined by the Government.
• An architecture to support an integrated C2S and AWS solution for the applications and software defined networking and storage capabilities, applications, systems and operating in these clouds construct and environments.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems/Technology preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: None

TRAVEL: Some travel required

QUALIFICATIONS: 15 years’ total experience required. Recent experience in USSOCOM tactical communications supporting both CONUS and OCONUS locations preferred
