Job Overview:

As the Comptroller, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company. This includes overseeing all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and accounting activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our financial operations are efficient, effective, and compliant with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and manage the company's budget and forecasting processes
• Monitor cash flow and manage the company's banking relationships
• Oversee all accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Ensure that all financial operations are compliant with relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
• Manage and mentor the accounting team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA or CMA designation preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, ideally in the construction or wireless infrastructure industry
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
