Real Estate Attorney for US FIRM We provide comprehensive real estate title curative services to title companies and transactional law firms throughout Florida and are seeking Attorneys who can efficiently and effectively identify title clouds, set forth a plan to cure the title cloud, and execute the plan to completion. We are seeking lawyers to work hand-in-hand with our Florida-licensed attorneys. We recognize that the majority of our work is paralegal-driven. The ideal candidate will become intimately familiar with the Florida Uniform Title Standards, underwriting resources, and applicable case law. Responsibilities: • Learning and developing your skills • Drafting curative documents, such as deeds and affidavits • Reviewing entity and trust documents • Drafting affidavits supporting transactions • Drafting and filing quiet title actions • Drafting and filing probate actions • Drafting and filing partition actions Qualifications: • Experience in the role described above • Detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent legal research and drafting skills • Microsoft Office Suite proficient • Google Suite proficient Compensation: $18,000 - $24,000
