We are looking for a Sales and Management professional that can quickly understand and master our extensive line of technical products while communicating product attributes, installation procedures, performance and benefits to contractors and their employees.
This position may be located anywhere within reasonable distance of a major airport.
Job Description:
Call on Roofing and Waterproofing Contractors to develop pull through sales for established distribution.
Coordinate sales efforts with the Director of Sales and other Sales Managers and Representatives.
Actively recruit and manage independent representative sales force.
Call on existing and potential new distributors within the territory.
Communicate Company pricing and policies to the Customers.
Call on end users and educate Contractors about the benefits of Company products.
Communicate warranty information to Customers and Inside Sales.
Call on architects and specifiers to increase awareness of Company products and generate demand.
Analyze the territory market and competitive environment. Propose sales, product and pricing strategies to increase market share.
Job Requirements:
4 year college degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of construction trade related employment.
Minimum 10 years of sales experience.
Overnight trips are commonly required.
Car allowance, gas and travel expenses provided.
