This is a full-time position offered to residents of your area. Currently we are allowing working remotely, but on-site work may be required in the future. This is for local candidates in California only. A brief Orientation is done on site, but training is done remotely using Zoom. 

Our rapidly growing company is in need of Data Entry persons. We specialize in legal document monitoring of insurance certificates. Our clients receive the most accurate and current insurance information possible.

Your role would be to examine and analyze certificates of insurance to determine their validity. You will be trained to make outbound calls to insurance agents and request revisions and/or get insurance verification. Being detail oriented is crucial requirement for this position.

Duties and Requirements:

• Examine and analyze certificates of insurance to determine validity of certificate
• Process certificates
• Protect the information and identities of customers/clients
• Computer literate, type at least 45 wpm
• Self-motivated, able to multi-task
• Strong attention to detail
• A fast learner and have an energetic attitude
• Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data
• Active Attendance and Good Punctuality are a MUST
• Data Entry experience preferred but not required
• Shifts are either 6am-3pm with an hour lunch and (2) breaks or 7am-4pm with an hour lunch with (2) breaks.
