Through product promotions, the Entry Level Customer Service position will be interacting with customers, answering questions, and outlining key product benefits to consumers with the goal of boosting revenue.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITION:
Cultivating authentic relationships with consumers by evaluating their needs, making personalized product recommendations, and formulating an excellent experience
Represent the clean energy solution campaign in a professional, courteous, and honest manner on all occasions
Thoroughly answer all customer inquiries and escalate when necessary through the appropriate channels
Develop a strong knowledge of the brand’s unique heritage, range of products, and distinct product attributes and availability
Deliver interactive presentations and be informative to the benefits of the products and services we provide in the clean energy sector
Collaborate with the Junior Account Supervisor to enhance the client experience and set KPI objectives
Propose customized solutions to meet the unique business needs of consumers
ENTRY LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
2-3 years in a Customer Service role is a plus
Strong eye for detail and sharp communication abilities
Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously and under pressure
Ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team with enthusiasm, initiative, and creativity
Adaptable, open to new ideas, and willing to take on new duties
A natural overachiever with a drive for advantage
