REAL ESTATE ACQUISITIONS SPECIALIST - INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for full-time, Acquisitions Specialists to handle inside sales for our expanding real estate investment business. As an inside sales account manager for our company, you'll work primarily from home, reaching out to interested property sellers throughout each day, building relationships and making purchase offers on behalf of our company. The goal is to secure mutually satisfactory purchase agreements with the sellers who want us to buy their properties.
No prior experience in sales or buying or selling real estate is required but would be beneficial. You must be comfortable being on the phone and computer all day, meeting with sellers in their homes, and be able to follow a clear process to convert leads into purchase contracts. This is a commission only job with the ability to earn between $50,000 to $75Fan,000 or more per year.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inside sales account management
- Follow company processes to reach interested property sellers via phone and internet
- Assess the sellers' situation, needs, and motivation in selling
- Complete comparable property research using company systems
- Make offers tailored to individual sellers' situations following company guidelines
- Follow company policies and processes to secure purchase agreements
- Manage seller data, property information, etc. in company CRM
- Utilize e-signature services, apps, and other online services as needed
- Travel to sellers' homes/properties to secure contracts (if required)
- Close 1-2 (or more) new purchase agreements each month
- Schedule inspections, pictures/video, etc. with our Dispositions Team
- Act as the seller's liaison until we have closed on the purchase
- Provide a quick, convenient, professional sales process for the seller

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working on the phone for long hours, especially in an inside sales role (desired, but not required)

- Own a vehicle (or can access one) to travel to sellers' homes when necessary
COMPENSATION
- Performance-based pay, based on closed transactions
- 10% of net profits per deal during training.
- Pay rate increases as monthly revenue generated increases

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
- phone-based work: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales Experience required
- Real Estate Sales experience preferred but not mandatory
