About the Role:

Join HSH HOLDING LLC as an RN in our Adult Medical DayCare program, where you'll provide compassionate care to our clients in a supportive environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults while working with a dedicated team in Turnersville, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and monitor vital signs for clients in the Adult Medical DayCare program.

Conduct health assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding health management.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Assist with daily living activities and promote client independence.

Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.

Participate in training and continuing education to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a medical daycare or geriatric setting.

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Compassionate demeanor with a passion for patient care.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
