Job Overview:

• Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Indio, California
• Type of Assignment: Contract (13 weeks)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 5x8 Hours, 40 hours per week
• Shift Hours: * 07:00 - 15:30 * Weekend Requirement: every other weekend
• Pay Rate: $3,000 - $3,100 per week

****Qualifications:

• Valid California License
• BLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)
• ACLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)
• PALS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 2-years recent experience as a RN Cardiac Cath Lab in an acute care hospital within the last 3 years
• Age Group of Patients: Adult and Geriatric
• Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Cath Lab: LRHC, Balloon Pump (Fiber Optic), Temp Pacemakers, PTCA, Stents, IVUS, FFR IRL: AVF, Leg angiograms, Dialysis Catheters, Neph tubes, Biliary Tubes, occassional Mesenteric Angio
• Common Equipment: GE Innvoa, Volcano IVUS/FFR, Maquet Balloon Pump, Sonosite Ultrasound, MacLab Monitoring, Cerner Charting, Accucheck Glucose, ISTAT ACT, Medtronic Temporary Pacemaker Generator, Angiojet (IRL only)
