Position Overview:
The RN will play a key role in overseeing client care, supporting caregivers, and ensuring services meet all clinical and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities:
Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans
Perform supervisory visits and ensure quality of care
Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers and staff
Monitor client progress and update care plans as needed
Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Active RN license in Virginia
Experience in home care, personal care, or community-based services preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented
