Registered Nurse Educator — Home Health Independence Home Health
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is passionate about mentoring caregivers and strengthening clinical excellence in home health. This role provides staff education, orientation, competency training, and ongoing professional development while supporting compliance and quality care.
Requirements
RN license in Indiana or NLC license recognized by Indiana
2+ years nursing experience (1+ year home health preferred)
Meets CMS Qualified Instructor requirements (42 CFR 484.80(e))
CPR certified
Knowledge of home health regulations
What You’ll Do
Lead clinical orientation, skills check-offs, and in-services
Coach staff performance and support professional growth
Collaborate with leadership on training and compliance
Track outcomes and support quality improvement
