🌟 Now Hiring: RN – Clinical Supervisor, Labor & Delivery (Washington, DC) 📍 Location: Washington, DC 🕐 Schedule: Day Shift | 3 x 12-hour shifts 💲 Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour

We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Supervisor to join a busy Labor & Delivery unit in Washington, DC. This role is ideal for a strong nurse leader who can provide oversight, ensure safe patient care, and support staff in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide shift-to-shift oversight for staffing, patient flow, safety, and utilization of resources

Deliver direct patient care in a competent, caring, and efficient manner, appropriate to patient population

Maintain a safe environment of care and uphold organizational values

Serve as a clinical role model and mentor to nursing staff

Lead or participate in department process improvement initiatives

Support employee engagement, including professional/shared governance participation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and service delivery

Requirements:

Current RN license in the District of Columbia (or compact state eligibility) – Required

2+ years of recent Labor & Delivery experience – Required

Supervisor/Charge Nurse experience – Required

Cerner EMR experience – Required

Certifications:

BLS & ACLS – Required

NRP – Required

AWHONN Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring – Required

Additional Details:

Candidates must be able to start in September with minimal RTO requests

Holiday coverage is required
