We are seeking an experienced PCU Clinical Supervisor to provide night or rotating shift leadership (3x12s). Candidates must live within 50 miles of Washington, D.C., have prior supervisory experience, and be available to start in December, including holiday coverage.

The Clinical Supervisor provides shift-to-shift oversight of clinical practice, staffing, patient flow, safety, and resource utilization while maintaining a safe and supportive environment of care. This role delivers competent, compassionate patient care, models organizational values, leads process improvement initiatives, and promotes employee engagement through shared governance and professional development.

Requirements:

• Active DC RN license

• Minimum 2 years RN experience and 2 years PCU Clinical Supervisor experience

• NIHSS, BLS, ACLS certifications required

• Cerner experience required

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program

• BSN highly desired
