Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Day shift
• No call

Compensation

• $40–41/hour
• Annual Equivalent: $83,200 – $85,280

Direct Hire Option

This role may convert to a permanent position with a salary range of:

• $79,000 – $85,000 annually

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate healthcare services and support plans
• Advocate for routine and preventative care
• Monitor medication administration processes
• Educate caregivers and support teams
• Maintain documentation in Therap

Requirements

• Active RN license (DE)
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• CPR & First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
