Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated RN Critical Care Adult PACU to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role is perfect for a skilled nurse looking to apply their expertise in a high-acuity, supportive academic medical center environment.

• Work Schedule:
• 6 shifts per two-week pay period
• 12-hour shifts (Options: 07:00–19:30 or 11:00–23:30)
• Every other weekend required
• No call requirement

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensure: Current New York State RN License; Current BLS certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent (within past 2 years) inpatient PACU and Critical Care experience in an acute care facility of comparable or larger size/level (trauma center experience preferred for travelers).
• Technical Skills: EPIC EMR experience is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert post-anesthesia care to adult critical care patients, including monitoring, assessment, intervention, and stabilization in a fast-paced PACU setting.
