Shift & Contract Summary

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Hours: 40 scheduled / 30 guaranteed

• Contract Length: 9 weeks

• Guaranteed Hours: 30

• Cancellation: Banner may cancel 1 shift

Role

• Travel RN – Endoscopy

Licensure & Eligibility

• Active Arizona or Compact RN license (required)

• AZ driver's license NOT allowed (copy required at submission)

• License must be clear in Nursys (no hits)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years current Endoscopy experience (required)

• Travel experience preferred

Certifications (AHA only)

• BLS

• ACLS

• Flu vaccination required (Banner declination possible; status must be noted)

Call & Weekend

• On-call: Determined by facility

• Weekends: Determined by facility

RTO Rules

• Less than 7 days total

• No RTO first week or holidays
