Job Description Summary

Responsible for aspects of organization marketing including, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral sources, responding to client requests and concerns, organizing sales and marketing events in the community, representing the organization at various community events. Will be responsible for networking and visiting with assisted living facilities in and around the Houston area to become their vendor of choice

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

Will be responsible for networking and visiting with assisted living facilities in and around the Houston area to become their vendor of choice

Conducts daily marketing activities including collaborating with the Administrator in establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.

Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential clients and referral and payer sources.

Builds and monitors community perceptions of At Your Side Home Care as a high quality provider of services.

Contributes to organizations strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address client needs.

Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of At Your Side Home Care markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.

Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.

Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
