Breakthrough Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. Position Highlights:

Full-time or part-time available

Monday–Friday schedule with one weekend per month (as needed)

Supportive office team and streamlined documentation process

Compensation & Benefits:

$3,000 hiring bonus (paid in installments after 90-day probation)

What We’re Looking For:

Missouri RN license in good standing

Home health experience preferred (but not required)

Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Commitment to excellence and compassionate care

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patients' progress and health status.

Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Respond to patient emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care activities.

Requirements:

Current RN license in the state of Missouri.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home healthcare.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
