Great Heroes Home Healthcare Agency is looking for a compassionate and skilled RN to join our dedicated home healthcare team in Miami, FL. Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy as prescribed by physicians

Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition

Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medications, and home safety

Perform wound care, catheter care, and other skilled nursing procedures

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and agency home health regulations

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Florida (required)

Minimum 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience, home health experience preferred

Current CPR/BLS certification

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits

Strong knowledge of skilled nursing procedures, wound care, and medication management

Excellent communication, documentation, and time-management skills

Compassionate, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a field setting
