Shift Summary – ICU/CCU RN (Nights, Travel)

• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Nights)

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks

• Guaranteed Hours: 24/week

• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend

• EMR: EPIC experience required (must be clearly noted on profile)

• State License: New York RN (active, uploaded with profile)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years RN experience

• 3+ years ICU/CCU experience (required)

• Prior travel experience required

• Must float to Med Surg/Tele as needed

• Must lift up to 50 lbs

• Must have own vehicle

Certifications Required:

• BLS (AHA)

• ACLS (AHA)

Compliance & Submission Requirements:

• NY Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate required at submission

• 14-panel drug screen (or higher) completed within 24 hours of offer acceptance

• Verbal De-escalation Training required: Welle or CPI

• Permanent address required and must match driver's license/state ID

• Resume, skills checklist (current within 1 year), and 1–2 supervisory references (past 2 years)

RTO & Scheduling:

• RTO must be declared at submission

• No post-submission RTO accepted

• Maximum 5 days RTO

• No scheduling accommodations allowed

Dress Code:

• Personal scrubs, any solid color

• No designs, cartoons, or hoodies

Restrictions:

• Travelers from specified NY counties not accepted (including Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady, Warren, Washington, and others)
