Med Sol conducts a profile review/ manager will conduct an interview need 2 sup refs from modality submitting to (charge accepted) at submittal; 1 w/in 12 mo. & 1 w/in 3 years worked

***PRIOR TO SIGNING THE CONTRACT, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH UNA IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT’S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU

• Certifications required: BLS, Conscious Sedation, ICU experience (at least 1 year of exp), NIHSS
• Charting Systems: Cerner
• All case types done in radiology diagnostic and interventional Vascular Neuro Body IR
• Shift: 8s - no call
• Call is covered by staff
• No floating
• Pharmacy 24/7: Yes
• Types of patients: Critical Care/Neuro/ ED/IP/Outpatient with Anesthesia
• IR Procedures: vascular, neuro, implants, coilings, tunnel grafts, body, etc
