Shift Summary (OB/L &D RN)

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; days or nights (rotation if necessary, based on staffing needs)

• Positions Needed: 2 OB/L&D nurses

• Certifications Required:

  • BLS

  • NRP

• Preferred Certifications:

  • Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring (FHM)

  • ACLS

• Role Expectations: Must be comfortable working solo as the only L &D nurse on duty
