About the Role:

Join Clara Butler Nursing and Personal Care as an RN/LPN in Cordova, TN, where you'll provide compassionate care to our valued clients. We offer flexible hours to fit your lifestyle while ensuring you make a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve. Clara Butler Nursing and Personal Care Services are seeking LPN or RNs to work 7p-7a shifts either every other or every Sunday, Fridays 7p-7a every or every other, and/or Saturdays 7p-7a every or every other, Thursdays 11p-7a, every other Sunday 7a-7p and PRN Staff to pick up shift as needed. Contractors are welcome or staff can be hired in as employee until contractor approval has been determined. This case pays $27.00 to $30.00 per hr based on verified experience. Individual has 28% trach collar and there is 7a to1p and 3p-9p DSP available to assist in caring for the individual with nurse. 9p-7a Nursing staff will provide the care individually. Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.

Monitor patient health and maintain accurate medical records.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.

Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Assist with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training sessions.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.

Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.

Requirements:

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Tennessee.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.

CPR/FIRST AID/AED or can be obtained on the job

Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings and weekends.

Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
