    ?? $32.61 – $49.28/hour (based on years of licensure)
    ?? Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (New Grads) | $20,000 (1+ Years Experience)
    ?? Shift Differentials:
    • 3rd Shift: +$4.00/hour
    • Weekend: +$3.25/hour
    ?? PRN Available: 24 hours/week

    About the Role

    We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join our Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) team. In this role, you will provide direct and indirect patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and healing.

    3+ years of experience preferred. Candidates with 1+ year will be considered. New grads reviewed case by case.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies

    • Develop and update individualized care plans

    • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately

    • Administer medications safely using the five rights of medication administration

    • Assist physicians with treatments and procedures

    • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge planning

    • Supervise and delegate care appropriately

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of accredited ADN, Diploma, or BSN program

    • Current RN license (Illinois preferred)

    • Current BLS (required)

    • ACLS (preferred)

    • Minimum 6 months Med/Surg experience preferred

    • Must pass drug screening (Drug-Free Campus)

    • Active Illinois license preferred
